1. The accommodation shall be used only by the person named on the reservation form. Additional persons may be accompanied by arrangement with the proprietors.
2. The person making the booking must be over 18 yrs of age.
3. Parties made up of young single persons are not allowed.
4. In the event of cancellation, this must be notified in writing by recorded delivery. The hirer is legally held responsible for the FULL cost of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let and the same terms obtained. In which case to the whole amount of the monies received, less expenses, will be refunded.
5. We regret that no pets may be permitted into our flats.
6. Possession of the flats may be had after 2pm and up to 11 pm on the same day of arrival. The flat is to be vacated by lOam on the day of departure.
7. A deposit of £15 per person per week secures the booking. The balance must be paid upon arrival. A booking is not complete until you have received our booking confirmation.
8. Terms are all weekly from Saturday 14.00 hrs. to Saturday 10.00 hrs.
9. The proprietors shall not be liable to any person for personal injury, or loss, or damage to property however caused or sustained.
10. The hirer is responsible for the contents of the flat whilst in his/her possession and it should be left in a clean and undamaged condition. All damages to furniture, fittings, crockery etc is chargeable.
